Hello, and welcome to my portfolio! My name is Christine Barrett, and I’m a photographer and writer based out of Las Vegas, Nevada, by way of Athens and Atlanta, Georgia.

I primarily photograph architecture, roadside Americana, abandoned motels and attractions, neon signs, and all kinds of desert oddities, and I enjoy shooting landscapes and astrophotography as well. Nothing thrills me like hitting a long stretch of highway and watching for spots to pull over with my camera, and I spend more time than I should admit clicking through the Google Street View of empty roads to find my next shot.

I shoot with a Sony A7iii and a Fujifilm x100vi, and I have a small collection of film and instant cameras as well. I’ve had a camera in my hand most of my life and it thrills me to see my improvement in the craft year after year. I’m so grateful for all the love and support from friends, family, mentors, and other photographers on this creative journey ❤️
